How do I know which part I need?Updated 2 years ago

In your Bluetooth settings, you'll see a list of all the Bluetooth devices you have attached to your phone. Select the device that corresponds to the replacement part you need. it'll give you a model number that corresponds to your phone. Your devices also often have  a model etched on to the actual earbud  or charging case.

Please note that Apple Airpods have unique model numbers for the left earbud, right earbud, and charging case.
